Data deletion instructions

Lisek is the panel in which the Alfabet Marki agency runs its clients' social media. This page explains how to delete your data from Lisek. Contact: ks@alfabetmarki.pl.

If your Facebook or Instagram account is connected to Lisek

Remove Lisek in your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Lisek → Remove. Lisek loses access to your account and Pages immediately.
E-mail us at ks@alfabetmarki.pl with the subject "Data deletion – Lisek". Include your name on Facebook or the e-mail address of your Lisek account.
Within 30 days we delete your data and confirm it by e-mail.

We delete:

access tokens and connection details (account names and IDs, permissions);
your Lisek account, if you have one;
the data of your own Pages and accounts. The data of Pages we run for clients is deleted on the client's instruction.

If you have a Lisek account (team or client portal)

E-mail us at ks@alfabetmarki.pl from the address linked to the account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail. Content you prepared for a client (e.g. posts) stays with the client as its material.

If you comment on or message a brand we run

Your comments and messages reach Lisek from the brand's profile. The brand is the controller of this data, and we process it on the brand's behalf.

Delete the comment on Facebook or Instagram. Lisek deletes it automatically: after the platform's notification or at the next check of the comments.
Or e-mail us at ks@alfabetmarki.pl with your profile name, a link to the comment or message, and the brand's name. We pass the request to the brand and delete the data on its instruction within 30 days.
You can also contact the brand directly.

What may remain

data we must keep by law (e.g. accounting documents);
database backups, which are overwritten automatically after a short time.

You can also revoke Lisek's access here:

Google and YouTube: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services
TikTok: account settings → app permissions

Then e-mail us and we delete the remaining data as described above.
